Text Box: RED SPIDER   Red blooms have long narrow crinkled petals, outer petals are lighter in color and center petals are deeper red.  The sepals are white and have green tips and are streaked with pink. As the plant matures the petals are not as crinkled and the flower opens more star shape. The stamens are red-orange in color. Blooms are star shape and once fully developed they stand high above the water.    Marliac rhizome

Leaves are green with maroon specks.  Medium to large to  leaf spread 4-6 ft.+ when planted in a 3-5 gallon  container with clay type soil. 

This hardy lily is a perennial plant and will go dormant in the winter, and will winter over in zone 4 and above if planted where the root ball doesn’t freeze.  
Weather permitting we start shipping in late March to early April and continue until September

In optimum conditions will reach full potential of leaf spread (this is not referring to size of the leaves) we are speaking of the area that the leaves will cover.
