This is why I decided to create this website to help everyone who is interested in water gardening, and for those that want to share their water gardening experience with others. I feel there is very little information about growing water plants, especially since there are so many varying zones and temperatures in our country, and even within those zones, there can be many different conditions to consider when trying to water garden. Most information tends to be general, and usually for warmer zones such as areas in Florida, Texas, and South Carolina. I have been growing water plants for over 20 years in different areas of the country, and this has helped me to understand that the plants may, and will, perform different, sometimes right next door to each other! The plant survey that I have created is to help water gardeners assist one another by sharing how the plants grow in different areas of our country. We are so fortunate that as Americans we can do just about anything we want, and when Americans do something, it is always the best. So, lets be the best in helping each other with our water gardening experiences.

Do not mention specific company names; you may mention for instance the local nurseries or the local chain stores, home and garden center etc. When describing your experience just mention name and town. No foul language or bashing any individual or company; we will not tolerate or post these articles. Only articles regarding water plants will be posted on the website.
